Weeks became months, and months became years. Each day, nudged Kason deeper into his addiction. Each memory of the girl destroyed fed the craving for what he could never have again.
Leaving a life-altering first love behind, Adaline tried moving forward to find love and trust and happiness. Pain eventually faded, wounds slowly healed, yet scars were forever left behind.
But some scars feel like kisses.
When the shattered pieces of their hearts are forced to meet again, the two of them must decide how much pain their love is worth enduring.
This is what happens when one person loves beyond the craving and the other craves beyond the loving.
Review: Crave Part Two by EK Blair
I am so thankful EK changed these covers! I’m not much for rebranding and when I first read Part One, the cover did not connect for me. It didn’t match. But now it’s so perfect!! Part Two was just much of a roller coaster as Part One! It was so gut wrenching and I just felt for these characters. I commend EK for focusing on a subject that doesn’t get discussed much. Addiction whether it be alcohol, drugs, or sex can lead you down a troublesome path and she shows us that help is available. Don’t be afraid to reach out.
In Part One, we met and feel in love with Kason and Adeline. Now in Part Two, they must learn to live separate lives. The unthinkable has happened to Adeline and she must learn to be a survivor. Years go by and she thinks she is able live without Kason but when he needs someone most she is there. Those old feelings spark and even though she’s moved on, he’ hasn’t. Can they survive together when their relationship is so toxic? They are each other’s drug and will their love be strong enough to survive through the years? Have too many things happened to their relationship? You will need to read Crave Part Two to find out!! This was a huge 5 star read for me!
