I might be the quiet one in the family, but I hear everything. The women who come into my bar aren't at all silent about their wants or desires. And I'm one of those desires. They call me "sexy, alluring and mysterious." They want to be "spanked by Frank." Hell, there's even a hashtag. But none of that matters until she walks through my doors.

My body reacts.

My whole world shifts.

I want her, but I can't have her. And if she finds out the truth about me, I'll lose my shot at her forever. That's not a chance I'm willing to take. I just hope I'm strong enough to do what needs to be done before it's too late.

The Fisher Brothers is a series of standalone novels that can be sipped one at a time, or binged in order. Each book is aptly named after one of the popular drinks at their bar. Enjoy!

No Bad Days- Nick's story

Review Guy Hater by J. Sterling!

My Thoughts…

Guy Hater reminded me why I love J Sterling so much!! I’ve read some of her other books but it’s been awhile so when I saw this release I said to myself, YOU NEED TO READ!! So glad I did! Ms Sterling gives us a great romance story that will make you laugh but make you swoon. Her writing is effortless and I just feel love with Frank and Claudia’s story! This can be read as a standalone and is a complete story told in alternating points of view.

Claudia’s best friend conveniences her to check out the hottest new bar in town. She insists the bartender eye candy is worth it alone! She is single and all so why not! While her best friend has her eye on the outspoken flirt, another is the one that catches Claudia’s eye. He’s reserved and quiet but there is something about him that she’s drawn to. They have a couple drinks together but she can’t seem to get him out of her head.

Frank is co-owner of that hottest bar in town. Him and his two other brothers are owners and bartenders and since they’ve opened they have been very successful. Since he has the business degree, his focus is mainly on the books but he does help out with the bar when needed. Normally the patrons don’t catch his eye. They are just looking for a good time and to him, this is business. But one night a beautiful Columbian named Claudia captures his attention. The pull they have to each other is something he’s never experienced. He knows he should pursue her but he can’t help himself. The attraction is feels is something that he couldn’t stay away from even if he tried.

Claudia and Frank’s attraction is noticeable to anyone around them but Frank is hesitant on moving forward. He has unfinished business he needs to tend to. He knows he must come truthful to Claudia but the fear of losing her keeps him from being 100% truthful with her. What happens when his secret comes out? You know those never stay hidden! How will Frank convenience Claudia they are worth it all. You will need to read Guy Hater to find out!!

Maybe love wasn’t always black and white, no matter how hard we tried to force it to be. Maybe connections weren’t always easy and uncomplicated. Maybe love was filled with challenges sometimes, only to see how hard you’d fight to cover come them.

About J. Sterling

I got fired from my last job.

It’s true.

I know you’re sitting there thinking, “Jenn, how could anyone in their right mind fire someone like you?” And I’d love to give you a good reason, but the truth is that sometimes being all sorts of awesome isn’t fun for other people. They don’t always tend to like it. lol

So I picked my pride off the floor, bought a laptop and started writing my first book. And you know what I realized? Writing stories that meant something to me was a million times better than working my ass off for someone who didn’t really care about anything other than the bottom line.

My soul has never felt more satisfied.

My heart has never been more full.

I’ve never worked so hard in my life, but I love every second of it. I truly do.

It is SO worth it.

All of it.

Every moment.

The journey it took to get to this point- I wouldn’t change a thing.
